Once you find that home that makes your heart skip a beat, I’ll work hard to negotiate the best possible terms and purchase price. Once we’ve entered into a contract I will guide you along every step of the way, communicating frequently with your lender, advising and negotiating the repair request and dealing with everything behind the scenes to ensure a timely and organized closing.

When selling a home, I will consult with you on every aspect of the process, ensuring that we have done all the prep work necessary to showcase your home in the best light. From there I’ll be working mainly behind the scenes as I initiate a marketing and advertising blitz designed to get you maximum exposure in the shortest amount of time. Once we receive and an offer (or multiple offers!) I will work hard negotiating to get you the best terms- including vetting the potential buyers financing, overseeing the inspection process, negotiating repairs . Again, taking care of everything for you from A-Z, because let’s face it, you have more important things to do.

Buying or selling a home is an exciting journey that can be full of surprises. I want physicians navigate this road. Whether it’s finding your first home, downsizing for the next chapter of your life, or finding your dream home to raise your family. My goal with each client is to limit the surprises along the way. I was born and raised in Northeast Ohio, just a few miles from Downtown Cleveland. One of my favorite things about the city of Cleveland are the people. They are loyal, hard working, and trust worthy. These are traits that I carry with me today. I left Cleveland to attend The Ohio State University. Upon graduating with a degree in Psychology I decided to make Columbus my home. Today I live in Gahanna with my wife, our three daughters, and our black lab Otis. We are a very active family. Whether we are skiing in the mountains or the lake, riding bikes, or just walking in the woods we enjoy our time together.
